This is the first post of the Colrosa blog and we thought that it would be a good idea to let you know what to expect from the blog.

As you may have gathered, Colrosa is small high-quality IT consultancy run by people with different but complementary backgrounds. We have worked as application programmers, database designers, data integrators, business consultants in the IT arena and as academic researchers. We have solved a wide range of business problems using both Windows with Microsoft technologies and Unix with open source technologies.

As we build the company and tackle various business and IT problems we will chat about them in our blog. We will try to make our blog entries informative and interesting to read; sometimes they will be very technical, sometimes orientated to business problems and issues and on other occasions they might cover wider issues that we are interested in.
